Docra is a font based on the idea of what goes on inside in a font. If you were to remove the lid of a font, what would be inside? What is the motive of a font, what is it hiding beneath its shell?
It was divided in two sides. An open family, and a closed family.
One informs you, and one manipulates you.
Docra was created to show the actual message a text was communicating.
I created a type specimen to show the meaning of this font and used it to reveal the meaning of advertisements and slogans.
